Hello! You're probably here because you've received a fine of some sort — a parking fine, PCN, or something similar.
The video below is here to show you that this fraudulent system is just a big game designed to extort money from us.
It is up to us to educate ourselves and learn the basic rules so that we can play their game. They don't want us to know their secret rules because it makes them powerless. We have all the authority because we are living, breathing human beings. But only if we allow them to trick us into entering our 'legal fiction', which is the 'all-caps name' printed on all our utility bills, council tax bills, bank statements, etc. I have included another video below entitled 'Meet Your Straw Man' which perfectly explains how this fraudulent and corrupt 'legal fiction' was set up when you were just a newborn baby, completely incapable of dealing with any matters placed upon you. It's ridiculous. Then, until the age of seven, we are given the opportunity to walk into a court and set the record straight, proving that we are alive and have not been lost at sea. This is how Maritime Admiralty Laws work – totally against us and completely unfair. Watch the video to learn how this has happened to you, me, and everyone around the world. Did you know that if you are recorded by a speeding camera, the law requires that a human must observe you committing a crime? A camera is not a human. Also, where is the victim in this 'alleged' crime? In order to prosecute someone, there must be a victim and a crime. A parking ticket or a speeding fine is a victimless crime!
The Remedy
Well, hopefully we have lightened the mood by now, and you are breathing more calmly. You want to know the remedy to all this madness that we all find ourselves in throughout our lives.
Remember, it's all a game. They want to extort money from you constantly throughout your working life.
You pay one third in tax on your hard-earned money, and 20% VAT on all your food, clothing, shopping, bills, car payments, insurance, and everything else you buy. Then there's the 80% tax on fuel for your car, not to mention the tax on cigarettes, tobacco and alcohol, which we desperately need due to all the other taxes we're paying. It's a joke!
The remedy is to play the game, rebut all accusations against you, and not simply refuse to pay. This never works out well, as their whole system is geared up to charge you much more money when this happens, using menaces and bailiffs to extort it from you. This is never an option.
Instead, use their own laws against them by pointing out that the fine, PCN or speeding ticket is illegal and unlawful. You may be wondering how to do this. We start with these two letters below.
Download them, read them, and read them again so that you start to understand how to beat them at their own game.
Alternatively, don't read them; simply fill in the red sections applicable to you and the alleged fine or PCN. Send the first letter by recorded delivery so it has to be signed for at their end. This is crucial.
As you will see, these are both Microsoft Word documents that can easily be opened, edited, saved and printed.
Remember to fill in all the sections in red, then delete the instructional sentence in red at the top of the page.
The easiest way to change all the red text to black is to go to 'Edit', click on 'Select All', and then change everything to black. Done!
After you have sent your first letter and they have either accepted it and ended the matter or written back with some legal nonsense in an attempt to extort money from you, In this case, simply send the second letter in the same way: signed for and recorded delivery.
Ultimately, every type of fine, tax bill or invoice is just a game of sending paper back and forth, waiting for one of you to give up and lose. Don't give in and you won't lose.
