Hello, you are probably here because you have received a fine of some sort, be that a parking fine, PCN or something of that nature.
This very funny video below is here to show you that this fraudulent system is nothing but a ‘BIG’ game to extort money from us.
And it is up to us to educate ourselves, learn some basic rules, and play them at their own game. They do not like us knowing their secret hidden rules because it makes them completely powerless. We have all the authority because we are a living, breathing human being. Only if we allow them to trick us into stepping into our ‘Legal Fiction’ which is the ‘ALL-CAPS NAME’ which is the one printed on all your utility bills, council tax, bank statement etc. I include another video below entitled ‘Meet your Straw-Man’ which explains perfectly how this fraudulent and very corrupt ‘Legal-Fiction’ was set up when you was just a new-born baby completely incapable of dealing with any maters placed upon you. It is ridiculous. And then they give us up to the age of seven to walk into a court and set the record straight that we are alive and not lost at sea. This is how the Maritime Admiralty Laws all work - Totally against us and completely unfair in every way. Did you know, if you are recorded by a speeding camera, by the ‘Law’, you must be observed by a human committing a crime. A camera is not a human. Also where is the victim in this ‘alleged’ crime? The Remedy
Well, by now we have hopefully lightened the mood and you are finally breathing more calmly and you want to know the remedy to all this madness all of us find ourselves in throughout the entirety of our lives.
Remember, it is all a game, they want to extort money from you constantly throughout your adult working live…
One third Tax on your hard earned money, 20% VAT on all your food, clothing, shopping, bills, car payments, insurance and everything else you buy. And then 80% Tax on fuel for your car and only God knows how much Tax is on your cigarettes, tobacco and alcohol that we desperately need due to all the tax we are paying… It’s a Joke…!

The remedy is play the game, rebut all accusations against you and instead of simply refusing to pay, which never works out well as their whole system loves when this happens and it is geared up perfectly to charge you much more money and use menaces to extort it from you with bailiffs and the like. This is never an option.
Instead, use their own laws against them by pointing out the fine or PCN or Speeding ticket is illegal and unlawful. How do we do this I hear you ask. We start with these two letters below.
Download them, read them, read them and then read them some more so you start to understand how to beat them at their own game.
Alternatively, don’t read them, simply fill in the sections in red applicable to you and the alleged fine or PCN. And send the first one off to them recorded delivery post so it has to be signed at their end. This is crucial.
As you will notice, both these documents are Microsoft Word documents and can be easily opened, edited then saved and printed.
Remember to fill in all the sections in ‘RED’, then delete the ‘Instructional sentence also in RED at the top of the page.
Then change all the red working back to black, easiest way is to go to ‘Edit’, then click on Select All’ and then change everything to black. Done.
After you have sent them your 1st letter, and they either accept it and end it, or, they may write back with some illegal waffle trying their luck to see if they can extort some money from you. In this case, simply send the 2nd letter in the same way, signed for recorded delivery and that should be that.
At the end of the day, every single type of fine, tax bill, invoice is just a game of sending paper back and forth to one another waiting for one of you to drop out and lose… Don’t give in, and you won’t lose.
